There has been a noticeable, albeit subtle shift in energy this week. Winter has all but given up, and Spring is rattling around all rainstorms and bright blue skies.
Signs of Spring in the garden:

As we approach the Spring Equinox, which is on Thursday coming for those if us in the Northern Hemisphere, we ask ourselves what we need to let go of and what we will take with us into the next energetic year. As an Aries myself, there are some things I need to put in place before the fiery energy takes hold.
A new stage of life is upon us. In my family, we are embracing neurodivergence, growing up, and for me, welcoming the first signs of perimenopause. It is a wild time, surely to get wilder, which is as maddening as puberty was and fascinating in equal measure - and I’ve only just peeked my head around the door.
With all that in mind, some spiritual Spring cleaning is in order. In the hibernation of winter I noticed that I had neglected my spiritual practice somewhat. Today I sat down with my citrine sphere and my oracle deck - and the cards did not come to play.
The upshot was that there is a big shift on the cards - time for metamorphosis. Letting go of the past, accepting that change is afoot and knowing that it will pass.
The eucalyptus card calls for mental clarity, a refining of goals and a fresh start in that direction. Now that I have found my beloved notebook again I plan to get journalling again and working through what is next to come.
Other current thoughts land on managing stress, finding peace within and unmasking more. And so for inspiration, I go back to the garden, which is already bursting into life. Here is our first seasonal posy of the year:
